Shipping policy

At New Image Wellness, we process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is currently available to the U.S., Canada, and EU countries, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3 to 14 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders over $99, and flat-rate fees apply to other regions. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
